Hi Robert, This just comes with the rear stud unfortunately.

the Mossberg does not use a front stud but has a tapped hole in the magazine cap/ barrel screw to install the sling mount (not included )

Robert - just comes with the rear swivel mount stud. The purchaser must provide their own desired front swivel mount, of whatever type they want.
