Micah, this UPC code includes the Pistol with Doc Holliday Engraved On Backstrap, Bone Grip Dagger and Shoulder Holster. Sometimes Buds will have the same item listed in separate listings. That price difference is due to the correct listing have more packages in stock as Buds prices are tied to stock level. Just go with the lest expensive listing as the packages contain the ame items.
