Bret - good eye .. seems the UDX model comes with a rail on top of the receiver. Can't verify that, and both might come with a rail, and the price difference could be simply because they came in different shipments, and Buds paid more for one than the other. They're pretty much identical though.

The Plus model has slightly different sights - a white outline on the rear sight as opposed to just black, additionally the plus has a picattiny rail on top, and comes with a soft pistol rug case instead of plastic.
