Hi Thomas, No it is not "Chrome Lined", The Barrel is 16" 4150 Chrome-Moly Vanadium Steel. Government Profile with (QPQ Melonite/Black Nitride Barrel Finish and 1/2"x28 Threaded Muzzle.with a 1:7" Twist Rate
