Adrian, You pick where it gets shipped. Talk to your buddies at the range to see who they use. Or use a sporting good store you like. Pick your FFL during checkout. Put in zip code and radius you'll travel and BUDs has a ton of preferred FFLs already listed in your area. Pick one. Call them if you want a warm up to let them know you have firearm coming in for transfer. Make sure you inspect firearm well before accepting transfer.

It is up to you as long as it is an active FFL.

Adrian, your firearm gets shipped to and picked up from the FFL Dealer you select during checkout. If you have a closer FFL that is not listed on Buds website, just have that FFL email or fax their License information to Buds at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569.
