Andrew, no Sir, this UPC code is not a "Distributor Exclusive" Firearm.

Andrew, looks like an apparently small production run from 2016 and most likely was a Williams Shooters Supply exclusive. Very odd that it doesn't show up on the Ruger site or catalogs at all, only mention of it I can find is looking up a sample serial number here, which at least proves the info on it is correct: https://www.ruger.com/dataProcess/serialHistory/ Try 38-53861
