Sandra, yes the stock is made from walnut. The receiver comes drilled and tapped for scope bases/rails but doesn't include any so those would need to be bought separately.

Sandra - It does not come with a scope mount rail. It is drilled and tapped, and rail mounts are readily available and fairly inexpensive. The stock is solid walnut wood on this one. As it should be ...
