Christopher, out of the box - no. You would need the "Flex" conversion kit which involves mounting an adapter to the receiver that allows this stock and the other "tool-less" options to be interchanged. Any non-Flex stock intended for the Maverick 88, 500, or 590 should fit without any additional changes though. And just to be sure you're aware, fitting a stock to a Shockwave constitutes making Short Barrel Shotgun/SBS and would require a Form 1 to comply with the NFA.
Christopher, This stock will not fit or function on the Shockwave out of the box. Plus putting a stock on an AOW like a shockwave is illegal until you pay $200 tax stamp, complete form 1. and register your SBS with the ATF.
