Jonathan, This firearm would be a pistol caliber rifle. Could not be a pistol with rifle stock and vertical pistol grip.

Jonathan, any firearm with a "Stock" and at least a 16" Barrel is considered a "Rifle". Caliber does not matter in this case as it is a 45ACP caliber and would still be classified as a rifle even if chambered in 22 Long Rifle. You are good to go if you want to purchase this.
