I spoke to a Buds customer service rep who informed me that if the large capacity magazine is the ONLY issue that prevents one from buying a firearm, call Buds and ask them to remove the magazine from the box. The buyer can then purchase their own compliant magazine(s). Call Buds and request they remove the magazine(s) for you, so you can buy the firearm. I have been told that Buds will now ship a gun without a Magazine if that is the only reason it does not comply with a states laws you will need to contact customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
