Is it picky with what ammo it will shoot constantly? Other 22 pistols I've shot only liked CCI ammo or more expensive auto rounds. Will it constantly shoot lower grade ammo such as Remington or federal?

Benjamin, this pistol will do fine with the standard bulk 22lr ammunition. CCI as you know is the standard by which 22lr is judged through 22lr Semi-Auto Pistols.

It will depend on the individual gun. sorry I dont have a single ( I have 7 22lr semi auto pistols) semi auto 22lr pistol that will work with winchester bulk ammo most will work with the remington and all will work with the CCI

Benjamin, Buy a few boxes of 22LR you like. You will figure it out. CCI mini-mag is always a good bet with semi-autos.
