I would say no, and I may be alone here. But I don't see it on the roster, but the roster does have some similar models listed. I would get confirmation from your FFL or Buds before ordering, 1-859-368-0371. I don't know if this pistol has passed the many ridiculous tests CA uses to approve handguns. Its a Ruger so it should be solid and good, but if its my $$$, I'd confirm it with Buds.
Yes, single action revolvers do not have to be on the roster, it is for semi autos and double action revolvers.
