It is used to cap a shortened SilencerCo Omega. Called BUDs. The "plastic" entry was made of shipping info. Comes on plastic packaging. BUDs get funny descriptions like this when they enter info in description off shipping information. And yes it will work on your 7.62, (300 BLK) diameter Omega can.
