Lloyd, it would be best from a legal stand point to have them setup an account and you purchase them a Buds Gift Card so they can complete the purchase.

the best way is to have them make a account and you give them a gift card in the amount of the gun so they can order it

Lloyd, Basically you can not buy a firearm for somebody else. That is a "Straw Purchase" as innocent as it may seem. Give them Gift Cards with a photo of the firearm you want to give them.
