Paypal is very anti-gun and will adversely affect your account(paypal) if discovered. You can review your Paypal internal policies on this. Some use paypal to buy gift cards then purchase firearms with the gift cards.
You can buy Buds Gift cards with PayPal, then use the gift card for firearm purchases.
Paypal hates gun owners and buisness, bigly.
This is under PayPal Acceptable use Policy. Prohibited Activities, section (J) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories.

It is not Bud's it is Paypal. Paypal is not a gun friendly business. You cannot make direct gun purchases with Paypal. You can buy gift cards and then use those. But the bank transfer is a much easier way to access the same bank account your Paypal account is accessing.
