Robert, being a pistol this must be on the DOJ roster to ship to CA and it is not. Even with a MAG-LOCK which does not come with it, the 30 round magazine still makes it an Assault Weapon under 12276.1 (a)(5) and Buds' will not open or make changes to a package prior to shipping. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
Robert, no Sir. Since this firearm is classified as a "Handgun", it has too many CA restricted features and would have to be on the CA DOJ approved Roster (Which it is not) so no modification would make it CA legal.
