Mark, functionally they are identical other than the color. Also I am finding a lot of conflicting information on the slide color of BP9FDECC. The Bersa catalog shows it as black and several other sites have a picture with it black and another with it tan listed for the same model number

Mark, No difference but color. Acronym FDE means "flat dark earth" color. FDE is flat dark earth other model is black. Same make and model.
