Mark, I carry the P365 in either a kydex pocket holster or a waistband holster and both work quite well. The P365 is just slightly larger and wider than the 938 but the capacity increase is great, even has 15 round magazines coming out. I generally use the pocket holster in cargo shorts with large/deep pockets, I don't think it would work as well or at least be as well hidden in jeans or tighter pants so it depends on what you regularly wear.

Yes it will work but you may have to wear looser clothing
