Joe, no Sir. The Shockwave is not designed to fire 45Long Colt. I would not attempt due to safety and warranty reasons.
Joe, you could probably fire at least once... I wouldn't. 45 LC and 410 have different pressure specifications and nominal case diameters and I would not fire anything that the gun is not stamped with on the barrel or specifically designed to fire, guns like the Judge are a 45 LC that can also fire 410, not a 410 that can also fire 45 LC if that makes any sense. Also aside from safety concerns accuracy would be sub-par out of a smoothbore barrel - not that the Shockwave is known for accuracy anyway, and 45 LC is about ~1.6" long while .410 is 2.75-3" so 45 LC would likely not feed very reliably.
No you can not the 45lc operates at a pressure that the 410 barrel is not proofed for and will not be safe
