yes it is made in the USA just not sure if it is made in TX or CT

Joe, these are made in CT and TX. You would need the serial number to tell. Buds Customer Service should be able to confirm where this batch are made with their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
