Is the model #10199 "suppressor ready"? Does it come with the adaptor to accept a 1/2X28 suppresor or does that need to be purchased seperately?

Hi Wade, yes this model is "Suppressor ready". It includes the thread protector that you screw off to screw on a suppressor.
