Ed, this firearm is +P rated and this is not the "Lady Smith" according to UPC code but the S&W Model 642 Airweight Revolver .38 Special +P  - J-Frame -  5 Rounds - Alloy Stainless Steel  - Black Rubber Grips.

Yes on +P, and the S&W site's pictures are more accurate, it just has Airweight engraved on the side: https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/model-642   The Ladysmith 642 is model number 163808
