no you can no longer use paypal at Buds for anything a few years ago paypal locked up the funds of some "firearms" sites and many places stopped using them at that time. one of the problems Paypal had was that people could buy gift cards that could then be used to buy "guns"

here is pay pals policy and they will freeze a merchants accounts if they suspect that they have violated this policy including indirect payment IE using pay pal to buy gift cards and the using the gift card on a banned item "For example, using PayPal, you can't buy or sell: Any firearm, including rifles, shotguns, and handguns, whether they're for sport and recreation, collectibles, or curio or relic firearms. Firearm parts, including but not limited to receivers and frames, silencers, and kits designed to modify guns so that they fire automatically. High capacity magazines, multi-burst trigger activators, and camouflaging firearm containers are other items in this category. Ammunition, including propellants like gunpowder or blank ammunition; ammunition or cartridge cases; and primers, bullets, or propellant powder designed for any firearm."

Brent, no Sir. Buds removed the "PayPal" Gift Card purchase option back in February of last year. It was great while it lasted but, PayPal cancelled the deal.
