Michael, you should be clear to order from Buds but, I would check your local FFL's as they will be responsible for the transfer (not sale) and make sure they are willing to do so before you order.
even though its on the MA approved list it is not legal in MA because it does not have a 10 lb trigger pull see *** "Handguns (except "Assault Weapons") are permitted, but must comply under ALL of the following guidelines: Magazines do not exceed ten (10) rounds Must be on this list of Bud's approved handguns for MA Must pass Massachusetts Attorney General Office Handgun Sales Regulations 940 CMR 16.00, et seq. ********Firearms on the Approved Firearms Roster do not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Attorney General's Handgun Sales Regulations and all three of the above requirements must be met before a Handgun can transfer.**
Michael, BUDs does not have any Glocks on MA approved list. Go to "Firearms" on red bar, hit "State Compiant" then "Massachusetts" Then on search on left margin "by manufacturer" There are no Glocks at BUDs approved for MA.
