You are in the clear Jose, the Sig Sauer UPC code verifies this is the "1913 Railed" model.

It does have the rail as pictured.

I just received mine. It is the FDE anodized frame of the Combat model with the 191 Picatinny rail as opposed to the standard Sig rail.
