yes it has a thumb safety on the top of the receiver and will work just fine with either hand it does eject to the right so that could be a issue for some people
Ethan, yes Sir, it has an "Ambidextrous" Safety and ejection is slightly forward and to the right and should clear lefties.
Ethan, Can't change ejection from right side, but safety is on the tang. True ambi shotgun is bottom eject like a Ithaca 37, Browning BPS, Remington Model 29 or Savage Arms 350.Those are standard pump shotguns you can set up for "tactical" use. Really should not be problem with right side eject with left eyed/handed shooter on this specific AOW (Any Other Weapon). Loads from the bottom.
