Daniel, I would contact both Buds (1-859-368-0371) just to inform them of the issue and Emperor Firearms (1-239) 561-3444) for a resolution.

I agree with James you need to contact both Buds (1-859-368-0371) just to inform them of the issue and Emperor Firearms (1-239) 561-3444) for a resolution. Unless you bought the Buds lifetime warranty then just contact them. Good luck in this matter and let us know how Emperor Firearms treats you
