yes it will fit the dimensions on the case are 3.60 X 13.10 X 23.60 and the Ruger butt-stock and fore-end assemblies measure 19 3/4" and 16 5/16 " in overall length

David, yes Sir. You will have no fitment issues with the Ruger PC9 in "Take Down" mode in this pack.

It will be a good match for your ruger. Theres a lot of space for your gun in that case.
