no it is not a SBR because it has a 12.5" Barrel w/Pinned and Welded 4.5" Moderator (Aesthetic) w/Grenade Ring Permanently Attached, which makes 17 inches total barrel length

Adrian, no Sir it is not. A rifle is not considered an SBR if it has a permanently attached Muzzle Device that brings the total barrel length to a minimal of 16 inches. You are good to go on ordering Sir.
