Ben, The First Lite sports a 26" #2 contour cold hammer forged barrel that has a 28" overall length with the Accubrake installed. The Accubrake is by Weatherby and is removable. It screws on and off via 9/16"-24 threads. Also, if it is not with the rifle, you can get a screw on cap - for use w/o the Accubrake - which protects the threads.Weatherby's Sub-MOA guarantee states that every rifle will be capable of shooting a 3 shot group of .99" or less at 100 yards with premium factory ammunition.
