yes this is the latest gen 4 UTAS shotgun and should have the spring assist But I suggest contacting UTAS to be 100% accurate as I could not find in any specs that they have the spring assist Telephone : +1-847-768-1011 Fax : +1-847-768-1001 Email : info@utas-usa.com
