Ken, I spoke to a Buds customer service rep who informed me that if the large capacity magazine is the ONLY issue that prevents one from buying a firearm, call Buds and ask them to remove the magazine from the box. The buyer can then purchase their own compliant magazine(s). Call Buds and request they remove the magazine(s) for you, so you can buy the firearm. here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
