Seam, I would give Buds a call about this particular rifle (859) 368-0371 since it is not marked as Qualified for LE Discount. There is a Colt LE6929SOCOM specifically on the LE Qualified list but it is out of stock. You will need to register as a "Qualified Professional" anyway at: https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/qualified_professional_discounts.php
