It will fit tightly in a pre-B. The CZ 18 round mags for the Shadow fit these the best.

In all honesty, it really depends on what model you have. All pre-b, before the firing pin block was installed, will have a troubling time fitting b mags into the gun, but if your pre-b model has a the "combat trigger guard"; in this case a squared off trigger guard. Then it shouldn't have fitting issues with the exception of having to pull the mag out of the pistol. However if it has the the round trigger guard then it'll fit but only by forcing it in there and pulling out.
