It would be easy to say yes however I could not find a single listing of this model (UPC ) coming with the backstraps I found listings that said it used Optional backstraps I suggest that you contact Glock and ask them to be sure https://us.glock.com/en/contact-us

Joshua, It probably was not listed due to the fact that all Gen 5 Glocks as advertised upon release are shipped with 4 interchangeable back straps as a standard feature.
