I bought a newly designed small grip module for this firearm. If this gun has the old slide release lever, I will not be able to use it unless I buy and replace the slide release lever. Please let me know which slide release lever does it come with. Thank you.

Sig has been using the smaller (newer) slide release for quite a while now, I don't think you'd get one with the older style.  You could always refuse the transfer and return it if you did get the older style, but I'm confident you won't.
