Walter, no Sir. 22 Magnum will not chamber in this pistol in it's current configuration.

No you can not use 22 mag ammo the 22 mag ammo case is larger around and longer that the 22lr ammo and will not chamber If you could get it to chamber the pressures it generates would be to high for the 22lr gun to handle

Walter - just read your owner's manual - specifically the section on ammunition. This pistol will not work with 22 Mag ammo (22 WMR). Just use the 22LR ammo, and the ammo with higher muzzle velocities (1200+ fps) will probably work better than the slower, sub-sonic ammo (less than 1100 fps).
