I asked my hunting buddy if he thought this was legal due to the similarities with the ksg, he seems to think since it fires twice before you pump that its semi auto, while that's kinda not true i do kinda see where he is coming from but as to the legality of it in our state i'm unsure and have asked this question on a few forums but no response surprisingly. I don't really see why this would not be legal but maybe someone knows more than me you know, better to be safe.

I think it would be legal but I suggest that you call your local FFL and ask him as he would be the one to do the paperwork and if he sold a non compliant gun his license would be on the line
