Maura Healy, the MA AG, banned all "AR-15 and AK-47 type rifles, components and clones in her infamous proclamation. How the heck is this legal in MA? Does it have a fixed magazine or something?
Thanks for any info. We are stuck buying either SCARs, ACRs, CZ Brens, and Sig MCXs at 2-3 grand a piece, or a pre '94 colt which our 2A "gun friends" are selling at the same price, or more, as a brand new Sig MCX Virtus or even a SCAR 17. A used Colt HBAR for $3200.00. Would you ever have imagined?

Andrew, No I never would have imagined what is going on in the restricted states. All features on this rifle are MA compliant: skeleton fixed stock, pinned and welded muzzle device, restricted magazine and 10 lb trigger.
