Hello! I placed an order for a handgun on 6/13 (using a credit card) and haven't heard anything since recieving the notification that it went to the shipping department on 6/14. I've ordered from Buds before and always had fairly quick shipping. Has shipping been slower lately and what should I expect? Thanks!

Sean, yes Sir, Buds has been slow as of late. I have just recently gotten notification on 3 Layaway's which were paid off at the same time and they were at my FFL 4 days later. You have been waiting much longer so I don't know what's going on there. Buds Customer Service may be able to give you a status at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).

Sean, Sorry to hear the delivery issues. Always have gotten items from BUDs within a week on over 130 purchases. Delivery time depends a lot on where you live. No problem contacting BUDs on status 1-859-368-0371.
