Marvin, yes Sir, you are exactly correct. Buds (cost of firearm + tax + insurance fee, $1 for every hundred) - then what ever your FFL Dealer charges for their "Transfer Fee".
you will pay Buds for the gun, the sales tax, and the optional shipping insurance ($1.00 per $100.00 value) or Buds lifetime warranty the transfer fee is then paid directly to the FFL when you pick up the gun
Marvin, Your transfer fee and background check fee all go to your FFL. BUDs only collects price of firearm, tax, item shipping insurance and BUDs lifetime warranty (Optional) if you want. And you can round up for a contribution to the NRA also (Optional)
