David, Have used hundreds of BUDs gift cards and occasionally a problem pops up. Make sure the code is 12 digits long. All letters lower case. Be careful mixing up 1 and l, 0 and o. Sometimes have to re-enter gift code. You can always call BUDs they will help you out. 859-368-0371
