Joshua, The magazine release may be reversible on the 91533 and ambi on 91523. But The 9152 model is Gen 1 before beveled back plate, metal guide rod, and beefed up striker assembly to keep it from rotating. The 9153 model is Gen 2 with the rolling updates of beveled back plate, metal guide rod, and beefed up striker assembly to keep striker from moving sideways. That is why you will see higher prices on all the 9153 models over the 9152 model numbers.
