Aaron, I have heard there are 25 round drums that are compatible with the Akdal MK1919 magazines but no last round hold open because of feed design. I did call Standard Manufacturing and asked them if 1919 mags worked and the ladie's answer was that "they consider the mags to be proprietary " and "they are developing a 20 round drum magazine"
