Buds is an outlet for manufacturers that gather in a single online store. Once you go to purchase an item. It goes through buds electronic system. Which then links with the manufacturer's system letting them know that a specific item has been purchased for shipping. It really isn't Buds that ships the item at all. It works like Amazon for arms and arms accessories. They let Buds know what they have. Available or not. Buds takes a nice little chunk from the purchase itself and you have an arms Amazon. But, Buds does contact specific FFA dealers that are licensed to have Arms shipped to them that are near your location. The accessories such as sights/magazines will come directly to your house.
Matthew, The "free Shipping" option at BUDs for firearms to your FFL is always Fed Ex. Items to your home can be UPS or Fed Ex depending where they come from. Some items are drop shipped from other warehouses.
Matthew, Buds uses FedEx 2 Day Service for handguns and FedEx Ground Service for Long guns to your FFL.
