Hi Landry, Yes, they are the "Polymer" Magpul MBUS folding sights. I love them personally.

Landry, They are tough. Very well built. All the same adjust-ability as the metal Magpul sights. Not being a "fighting" sporting rifle don't think you will ever have to worry about snapping them off.
