Cody, the sights are "Dovetailed" and are drift adjustable for wind-age only.

Cody, Rear sight is windage adjustable. Both front and rear sights dovetailed in. Plenty of replacement sights out there. Mine was delivered like new condition and sights were spot on. Just like a Sig.
