Hiram, If magazine capacity is only feature that is prohibited in a restricted state. BUDs will pull the prohibited standard capacity magazine and ship with no magazine. Then you can purchase restricted capacity magazines. Hopefully from BUDs. This is directly from Andrew at BUDs. "That is correct.
