I am very close to purchasing the Girsan MC312 HDT tactile 12 gauge shot gun for home defense. My question is : anyone that owns this model can you recommend the best brand and type of load that has the most reliable results? Clarence, #4 Buckshot will be the optimum load inside your home. This will have the best combination of stopping power and less over penetration into other rooms in the house.
