Some states have magazine capacity restrictions and many manufacturers offer multiple versions of the same gun with different magazines to give people compliant options where they live. Buds' has both the 10 and 18 round version, no reason to get a 10 round version unless 18 isn't legal where you live.

Daniel, both are correct. This happens to be the 10rd package. There is an 18rd package to. Most manufacturers make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.
